We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Items must be in original packaging
• Include your order number or receipt

How to Return Items

2. We'll provide you with a return authorisation and shipping label
3. Package your items securely
4. Ship using the provided label

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

For exchanges, please specify the item you'd like to receive instead. We'll send your replacement item once we receive your return.
